• Ensuring that the images you upload do not violate any laws or third-party rights

3. Image Rights and Usage

By uploading images to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the uploaded images
• The images do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright and privacy rights
• You grant us a limited license to process the images for the purpose of providing the Service

You retain all ownership rights to your original images and generated portraits. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe) and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload images of minors without proper consent
• Upload images containing nudity, violence, or illegal content
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoLook AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
